Overview

Clearforge Software LLC (“Clearforge,” “we,” or “us”) operates the ClearForge website and develops mobile apps. This page explains information handled through the website. Each app has a separate privacy policy because its data practices differ.

Information handled by the website

If you send a contact form, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, subject, and message. If you join a product updates list, we receive the email address you submit. The site’s form handler emails these submissions to Clearforge’s hello@clearforgesoftware.com inbox so we can respond or follow up on the request.

The hosting service may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times in connection with hosting, security, and troubleshooting. The contact form also uses a temporary hashed network address to limit repeated submissions.

How we use and retain website information

We use contact messages to respond to inquiries and support requests. We use update-list email addresses to manage the requested product updates. We retain email correspondence and signup information for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the requested list, and meet legal or business record needs. You can ask us to remove you from updates or request deletion of information we control.

Service providers

The website is hosted through Hostinger, which processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. The website forms use the hosting environment’s email capability to deliver submissions to Clearforge. These providers process information under their own privacy terms as well as our instructions. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The ClearForge website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Your browser and hosting infrastructure may use essential technical mechanisms needed to deliver and secure the site.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell contact or waitlist information, use it for third-party advertising, or build advertising profiles from it. We share submitted information with service providers only as needed to host the site and deliver your request, or when required by law.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete website information you submitted, or to remove your email from product updates, by contacting privacy@clearforgesoftware.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will review and respond to requests as required by law.
