Overview

Clearforge Software LLC built Tiny Wins as a commercial app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Tiny Wins. By using Tiny Wins, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Information we collect

Habit data you create in the app, including habit names, descriptions, and completion logs, is stored to provide the core service. This data is stored on your device and synced to our servers so your data can be restored if you reinstall the app.

When you sign in with Apple, we receive from Apple:

  • Your first and last name, as provided by Apple on first sign-in.
  • Your email address, which may be your real email address or an Apple-generated relay address depending on your privacy choice.
  • Your Apple User Identifier, a unique stable identifier Apple assigns to your account for this app.

We also use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect your device's App Store receipt, transaction history, and subscription status to determine whether your subscription is active.

Information we do not collect

  • We do not use advertising identifiers.
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • We do not collect location, health, camera, contacts, or microphone data.
  • We do not collect analytics or crash diagnostics beyond what Apple provides by default.

How we use your information

We use collected information to authenticate your account via Sign in with Apple, sync and restore your habit data, provide and maintain the app's core functionality, process and verify subscription status, and improve the app experience over time.

We do not sell your data to third parties, build advertising profiles, send marketing emails, or make automated decisions that significantly affect you.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Tiny Wins, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Third-party services

Data retention

Account and habit data is retained on our servers while you have an active account. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, Delete Account inside the app. All data is removed from our servers within 30 days of deletion.

Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat and retained under RevenueCat's data retention policies. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription; manage subscriptions separately in the App Store.

Data security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and iOS Keychain storage for authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, delete your account and data in the app, or request a portable copy of your habit data by contacting tinywinsapp@clearforgesoftware.com. We will respond within 30 days.

European Economic Area residents may also restrict processing, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a local Data Protection Authority. Clearforge Software LLC is the data controller for Tiny Wins.

California residents may request the categories of information we hold, request deletion, and exercise CCPA rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

Tiny Wins is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used Tiny Wins and data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Tiny Wins after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
